Overview The Parking District Manager will manage the work within the appropriate budget requirements and work closely with the customer or building management company. Work with any customer issues as well as employee relations issues. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES u00b7 Ensure company standards are met in compliance with the operations and servicing contractual obligations to customers within specified budget of labor and expense. u00b7 Assists in preparation of billing amount and invoice backup requirements according to Sarbanes-Oxley Accounting specifications. u00b7 Ensure associates provide proper supply levels to all accounts within provided supply expense budget. u00b7 Reviews daily labor for assigned District. u00b7 Assumes responsibility for properly educating supervisors on payroll procedures. u00b7 Responsible for adhering to and enforcing established company policy and making sure assigned associates do likewise. u00b7 Contact customers to ensure services meet service contract requirements and ensure customer retention. u00b7 Work consistently toward securing sales. u00b7 Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with employee and supervisory personnel. u00b7 Carry out both positive recognition and disciplinary action as needed. Train associates as needed. u00b7 Maintain business in line with branch financial goals by managing job budgets and costs associated to area of direct responsibility. Assumes responsibility for supervisor vacation and holiday replacement coverage. u00b7 Assists in Safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies. Ensure that company policy and all safety requirements are administered properly. Ensure both you and your Supervisors investigate immediately (24 hours) and thoroughly all work-related accidents. u00b7 Responsible for reporting of accidents involving personnel, vehicles, public liability, property damage and fidelity claims. Assists in reviewing workers compensation claims relevant to area of responsibility to ensure proper handling. u00b7 Knowledge of city, state and federal laws and regulations that affect company business and knowledge of required operational licenses to operate the business. u00b7 Assists in branch supply systems /order supplies. u00b7 Assists Branch Manager in equipment audits and purchasing. u00b7 Perform all other duties as assigned or requested. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES u00b7 Proven ability to prepare advanced documents using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. u00b7 Experience in parking management is preferred. u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree preferred but not required. u00b7 Good communication skills both written and verbal. u00b7 Proven ability to work with and communicate with front line employees as well as upper level management team Pay: $78,400 - $90,000+ Annually DOE The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicantu2019s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
