Job Description Lead CACs Enterprise Collections Platform migration program, including mass migration of entire operational groups Develop program structure, governance, and reporting from the ground up Collaborate with operations partners to gather requirements and keep them engaged and accountable Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with overarching program objectives Coordinate with architecture teams, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders Track progress, risks, and issues; escalate and resolve blockers proactively Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates to leadership Oversee data conversion, integration testing, and cutover planning Ensure compliance with BMOu2019s governance standards and regulatory requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements 10-15 years of project management experience in enterprise IT environments Proven experience managing large-scale migration projects (CACs migration experience is a huge asset) Strong understanding of data conversion, operational migrations, enterprise platform migrations, and integration complexities Ability to manage multi-project programs (10+ projects, including a major mass migration initiative) Experience working in banking or financial services environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships Strong documentation and reporting skills Comfortable starting without a formal program structure and building governance from scratch Prior experience working with BMO or similar large financial institutions PMP or Agile certifications Familiarity with CACs 10 platform and integration with collections systems Experience with rigorous governance processes in regulated environments Ability to anticipate pitfalls in complex integrations involving multiple suppliers
