As a critical member of the Product organization, the OnePay Product Manager is responsible for supporting the customer journey while driving the product roadmap to achieve our customer, partner and business objectives. This includes being the customer, market and product subject matter expert, leading testing efforts, using data to find opportunities and gain alignment with the organization/key stakeholders, while driving the development of technology-driven, innovative solutions and enhancements. This Product Manager is comfortable with operating in a fast moving, agile environment, has a keen attention to detail, is a team player that collaborates well cross functionally and acts as an owner, proactively taking initiative. **_Our Way of Working_** **_We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events._** **Essential Functions/Responsibilities** + Collaborate with partner to deliver a best in class in app apply and servicing experience. + Proactively engage with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence with all external and internal compliance and regulatory requirements. + Leverage SYF repository tools to document approvals and feedback. + Monitor and report on key metrics of the CX journey to assess the success and determine necessary enhancements. + Continuous modernization of communications and CX journey with latest technology & messaging platforms + Supports the increased and on-going regular member communications + Responsible for understanding industry insights, consumer intel and market analysis, and benchmarking Synchrony's products against competition - coordinating and communicating findings across clients and platforms. + Connect product strategy, capacity and execution (e.g. **QRRs** ) and articulate roadmap for WM/OnePay. + Execute on roadmaps by engaging with various agile teams. Lead large, **cross-functional launches** that extend across multiple trains owning requirements and testing efforts. + Be the **expert into the embedded OnePay experience** and drive business strategy based on voice of the customer. + Partner with API teams and technology to deliver best in class performance. + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 7 years of product or marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries + Minimum of 4 years marketing or product expertise that includes: + A proven track record of launching new products or applications with demonstrated business impact + Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams **Desired Qualifications:** + Credit card, consumer finance or financial services industry experience. + Experience within financial services apps, retailers and marketplaces, understanding of latest customer experiences, features, enhancements, news, trends in this space. + Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and projects in a matrixed environment. + Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills. + Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results. + 5+ years marketing or product innovation/management experience + Strong background working with clients, reporting on performance and delivering results. + Demonstrated project management skills. + Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a fast-changing environment. + P&L experience with solid understanding of business financials + Current on financial services, payments industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies and companies + Strong technical knowledge (financial services) **Grade/Level: 11** The salary range for this position is **90,000.00 - 155,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. **Eligibility Requirements:** + You must be 18 years or older + You must have a high school diploma or equivalent + You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process + You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. + New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
