*Wheel Loader Operator** **Description:** If you're looking for a job ASAP and have experience operating heavy equipment, then this is the position for you! A leading industrial production facility is seeking skilled Equipment Operators to join the team and assist with moving mixed products, turning piles, and preparing organic mixes in the shipyard. The company is looking to hire immediately, so we offer a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible! **Responsibilities:** + Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, backhoes, and front end loaders. + Move mixed products and turn piles within the shipyard. + Prepare and segregate organic mixes. + Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. + Perform light cleanup tasks and maintain equipment cleanliness. **Essential Skills:** + Proficiency in operating backhoes, front end loaders, and forklifts. + 2-3 years of experience using a backhoe, skid loader, front end loader, and forklift. + Ability to work in a dusty, non-climate controlled environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and remain on feet for most of the day. + Must be able to work in a tobacco-free environment. **Experience Level:** + Intermediate–Expert Level **Location:** + Based out of Pacific Junction, Iowa. Work takes place inside the warehouse and outside in the shipping yard. Be prepared for dusty and hot conditions. **Pay / Shift:** + $20-21/hr + Monday–Friday: 48 hours per week, no weekend work **Apply right now and expect a call/text from Andrew.
