We are looking for a polished hair stylist educator who has:Minimum four years experience as a licensed cosmetologistPreferred minimum one year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environmentStrong technical proficiency in styling and knowledge of styling toolsStrong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development-focused cultureA commitment to teaching and a passion for helping others succeedAbility to mentor stylists, offering advice, support, and constructive feedback to build their technical skills and confidence Ability to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for allA proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!Ability to pivot easily with finesse in the most difficult moments - Multi-task with easeIf you are excited about the prospect of sharing your love for hair styling and are jumping up and down with joy at the thought of joining our shop, then we want to hear from you!©2024 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
