Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Bilingual (English & French) customer service representative with action sports product knowledge in Barrie Ontario. The ideal candidate will have product knowledge in action motorcycles. Requirements: Bilingual (English French) Provide phone and email support for all technical and warranty issues Support warranty inquiries Provide timely response and action to Dealer or Internal requests for technical information. Assist in resolving product issues related to owner complaints or other customer issues. Assist dealers as necessary to obtain needed parts, resolve product technical or customer issues. Accurately document contacts in the appropriate database Attend Corporate consumer shows and dealer meetings Provide support for dealer technical training modules and tracking of training. EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Minimum College diploma a. Experience with motorcycles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (French) Excellent Microsoft Office skills required, specifically Excel required A valid driver’s license is a job requirement Able to travel across Canada to support dealers as required PLEASE FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION.
