Hamilton, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience in general labor tasks, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Perform general labor duties, including material handling, assembly, and equipment operation. Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, such as construction, manufacturing, or maintenance. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications: Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
