We specialize in severe asthma, eczema, food allergies and difficult-to-treat conditions. As an LPN on this team, you will collaborate with fellow staff to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients, families and visitors. You will assist with medication management, patient monitoring, administrative tasks and more. All your work helps ensure the best possible health outcomes. Additionally, you will receive ample opportunities to enhance your skills, gain hands-on experience and explore advanced positions at Cleveland Clinic.A caregiver in this role works days from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will:Provide professional nursing care to patients.Administer medication.Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and plete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.Implement pain management assessments and documentation.Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.Follow Code Blue protocol.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Graduate of Accredited LPN programFlorida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationKnowledge of infection control practicesComputer literacyPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)One year of clinical experiencePrevious allergy experienceOur caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
