Job Overview: AllSeason Solar is currently hiring for Entry Level Solar Proposal Design / Estimator in our NJ Galloway Office Location. This position will have the ideal candidate analyzing data from a customer’s home and entering this data into our web based programs, to generate a proposal presentation for the homeowner, including comparisons to their current electric supplier.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Generate proposals, estimates, and agreements in a timely and accurate fashionBecome familiar with all estimating softwareCreate solar panel estimate designs in 2D / 3D software, using google satellite imagingPre-qualify the property for the solar installationCreating usage profiles based on utility bill inputsCorrespond clearly and timely to sales repsData entry into our CRMQualifications:Skill and comfort using various technology tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Aurora Solar or other customer/constituent relationship management (CRM) platform, and project management software/tools preferred.Strong organizational skillsDetailed orientedProblem solving skillsAbility to communicate professionally with multiple departments and with TeamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentMust be able to follow processes and proceduresProficient in Windows operating system and MS Office or G Suite.AutoCAD Experience Preferred, not Required.BenefitsHealth InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO / Vacation / Holidays)Paid TrainingAbout UsAllSeason Solar & Roofing is one of the Tri State Areas Top Solar & Roofing Companies, rated by total installation volume and customer satisfaction surveys.Our mission is to provide customers with the best warranties at the best price.
