*Job Description** This position will provide full-time support on all clearance processing. Subject will need to be organized and have the ability to multitask. Data integrity support is a critical function of position. Candidate will review, assign, and monitor all processing aspects and other security-related requirements for multiple site locations. Candidate will also provide general administrative support in regards to other functions and duties as assigned. + Labels and stores all classified data according to the NISPOM, DOD directives, DSS requirements, and BAE Systems security manual. + Processes employees for security clearances. + Handles all procedures and policies regarding visitor control for BAE employees. Approves and forwards outgoing visit request authorizations and processes incoming visit requests. + Maintains security file for all employees. + Processes badge requests for new hires, GOV Officials, and Subcontractors. + Briefs employees on FOCI and other SSA requirements per BAE Systems, Inc. + Incorporates OPSEC into daily working activities to keep employees aware of their surroundings to include protecting proprietary information and electronic databases. + Updates DISS/SIMS accordingly. + Provides monthly metrics on collateral clearances. + Maintains and updates access control system and monitors activity. + Responsible for physical security activities for site location. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and two years of related experience. + Professional demeanor, good people skills, ability to communicate effectively, performs in a multi-tasked environment. + Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems and provide focused solutions. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. + Above average oral and written communication skills. + Candidate selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation andmust meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Active Secret clearance. + Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or other focus. + Prior exposure to the clearance process. + General knowledge of NISPOM. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
