Employment Type: Part time Shift: Description: Summary: This position is responsible for providing the Pharmacy Department with a transport system necessary for the delivery of medications and intravenous solutions to nursing stations and Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets. Duties will also include packaging, manipulative, repetitive, or other nondiscretionary tasks, only while assisting, and while under the direct supervision and control of a pharmacist. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. California State Board of Pharmacy registration as Pharmacy Technician is required. 3. Ability to interact with a computer system and pharmacy automated systems is required. 4. Ability to devote strong attention to detail and accuracy is required. 5. CPhT certification is preferred.
