Position Overview: Will answer incoming customer calls and schedule appointments, answer program questions or refer the customer to a caseworker as necessary. Perform necessary documentation of calls Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Must have a passion and outgoing personality for working with limited and low income households. Excellent customer service Math and computer skills Experience working in a non-profit setting with limited income families, elderly and veterans a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills are also a plus Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00. Hours will increase in October through March, and candidates need to have flexibility to work until 6pm and some Saturdays during peak season. Pay: $17/hr.
