Grinder Operator Hebron, OH | Full-Time We are hiring a Hand Grinder Operator to join our manufacturing and finishing team. This role involves using hand-held grinding tools such as Dremels, angle grinders, die grinders, and rotary tools to finish, smooth, and prepare parts with precision. Responsibilities: Operate hand-held grinders (Dremels, die grinders, angle grinders, rotary tools) to grind, smooth, and finish metal or composite parts. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or specifications. Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, quality, and surface finish. Perform light deburring, polishing, and edge finishing. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Keep work area safe, clean, and organized. Work with team members to meet daily production targets. Requirements: Experience using hand-held grinders (Dremels, die grinders, angle grinders, or similar tools). Ability to read and follow instructions with attention to detail. Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing or workshop environment. Strong hand-eye coordination and precision. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
