DescriptionAWS Training & Certification is looking for an experienced technical program management (TPM) leader who is passionate about transforming education. We're seeking an experienced TPM leader to drive successful product launches, beta programs, and go-to-market strategies. This role will serve as the central coordinator between Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product releases and maximum impact. The successful candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgement, deep technical understanding, and demonstrated experience influencing both internally, and externally at all levels as well as proven ability to execute both strategically, and tactically. This position requires a candidate who is customer focused with a passion for new, ambiguous, industry-defining projects. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302,900/year in our highest geographic market.
