DescriptionAWS Training & Certification is looking for an experienced technical program management (TPM) leader who is passionate about transforming education. We're seeking an experienced TPM leader to drive successful product launches, beta programs, and go-to-market strategies. This role will serve as the central coordinator between Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product releases and maximum impact. The successful candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgement, deep technical understanding, and demonstrated experience influencing both internally, and externally at all levels as well as proven ability to execute both strategically, and tactically. This position requires a candidate who is customer focused with a passion for new, ambiguous, industry-defining projects. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: u2022 Program Management: - Develop and maintain comprehensive product launch schedules and roadmaps - Create and track program milestones, dependencies, and critical paths - Identify and manage risks, creating mitigation strategies proactively - Lead cross-functional meetings and drive decision-making processes u2022 Product Launch Management - Orchestrate end-to-end product launch activities across all departments - Coordinate launch materials, and customer-facing collateral - Establish launch metrics and track success criteria u2022 Beta Program Management - Design and execute beta programs with key customers - Collect and analyze feedback from beta participants - Manage beta customer relationships and expectations - Translate beta insights into actionable product improvements u2022 Stakeholder Management - Maintain clear communication channels with internal teams and external partners - Create and distribute regular status updates to all stakeholders - Align sales and marketing teams on product positioning and timing - Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth customer adoption About the team About AWS Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
