Our client, an Industrial company located in the East End, is currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team. Required skills and qualifications: Must be fluently bilingual (English and French) 1-year experience in an office setting Comfortable working in a blue collared environment Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn Can-do attitude Excellent customer service skills Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically MS Outlook Duties may include, but are not limited to: Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls as per established procedures Greet and welcome visitors and customer who present themselves at the reception desk Redirect to the appropriate party Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries Prepare envelopes and packages for mailing or arrange for pickup by courier Provide excellent customer service Provide administrative and clerical support to various internal departments as required Other duties as required of the position
