Responsibilities + Perform specialized assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency treatment of patients transported by rotor-wing, fixed-wing, and/or ground. + Accurately document assessments, treatments, and billing information. + Maintain timely communication with management, colleagues, and external partners. + Participate in PR and community outreach initiatives. + Attend mandatory meetings, skill labs, clinical rotations, and ongoing training. + Maintain certifications and meet all annual competency requirements. + Provide care under the licensure of the programu2019s Medical Director. + Adhere to state regulations and department scope of practice. Qualifications + Active RN license in the state of employment. + 3+ years (5+ preferred) of critical care/emergency experience. + Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, plus TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS . + NRP and instructor certifications preferred. + CFRN certification within 24 months of hire. + Flight or transport experience preferred. + Must meet weight restrictions and pass pre-placement physical/drug screening. + Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency required.
