Job Description The Project Manager I oversees the operational aspects and scope of a specific project or ongoing department initiatives within the Office of Research Services. This role provides critical support to department leadership by organizing conferences, seminars, educational programs and other key projects. The Project Manager I ensures timely execution by developing, tracking, and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and specifications. Qualifications + Bachelors degree or greater preferred, or combination of applicable work experience and education + 3+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree; 5+ years with Bachelors degree; project management-specific experience preferred + Experience with NIH grant preparation and clinical research is preferred Responsibilities + Deliver tailored support to researchers and stakeholders by facilitating access to research resources and expertise; manage and continuously update the Research Roadmap. + Collaborate closely with the IRB, Grants and Contracts Office, and other regulatory entities to streamline access to resources that enhance research quality and operational efficiency. Conduct research orientation sessions for new and existing faculty and staff. + Assist with CTSA, RPPR, and EAB-related activities including Maintain OS pages, support event planning, and manage grant documentation. + Support external CTSA program initiatives including TIN, and TriNetX. + Maintain consistent and effective communication between researchers and institutional stakeholders. + Manage MailerLite platform and Research List Serv Announcements. + Write and coordinate monthly newsletters, including webpage updates and outreach. + Provide communication support via JIRA ticketing system. + Collect, evaluate and continually improve the methods based on the data collected through Research tickets, user feedback and continuous monitoring of the evolving research landscape to incorporate the most current practices and regulations + Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate projects within Office of Research Services as assigned. + Perform other related duties.
