Job Description

We are looking for a People Technology Administrator to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Program Management and the People Operations Leadership Team to maintain, support, and enhance our Human Resources Technology Systems.This position requires a mix of technical expertise, attention to detail, and HR process understanding to ensure our systems run smoothly, data stays accurate, and our HR teams have the tools they need to operate efficiently.Why Join UsHybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule — work two days per week in our Gilbert, AZ office.Meaningful Impact: Your work helps ensure our HR systems support the teams who serve thousands of families every day.Skill Development: Gain direct experience with HR systems, data management, and process improvement — setting you up for continued growth in HR technology.How You Will Make an ImpactAdminister and maintain the day-to-day system operations of our HRIS, Payroll and other HR platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and smooth functionality.Process system updates, manage user access, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.Support the configuration and testing of system features, workflows, and module updates.Run and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR initiatives and compliance needs.Review HR data to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors, maintaining high data integrity standards.Partner with HR and other internal teams to document processes and improve system usage.Develop and share quick guides or training materials to enhance system adoption and user confidence.What You Bring2-4+ years of HRIS or HR Systems experience with system administration, data maintenance, or user support responsibilities.Proficiency in HRIS tools (ADP WFN or NextGen Lyric preferred) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation).Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.Solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to troubleshoot HRIS-related issues.Effective communicator with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.A proactive self-starter that takes ownership, solves problems efficiently, and values precision in their work.At EcoShield, we believe hard work should be rewarded with more than just a paycheck.
