FAT (factory-acceptance test) attendance is often requiredSupport Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) developmentSupport other disciplines with process design, equipment selection, and operation needsParticipate in cross discipline design review and process hazard analysis (PHA) evaluationsSupport/develop sequence of operation (SOO), alarm list, and interlock documents for use in controls programming, system checkout, and project documentationSupport project start up and commissioning activities, including develop and oversee commissioning plan, prepare operating procedures, and process checkout/performance testingEvaluate existing / operating processes for the purposes of troubleshooting, optimization, and/or expansionPrepare and conduct training for customer operations staffTravel locally and nationally to customer locations and project sites for evaluations, troubleshooting efforts or commissioning activities.
