Position Title: Warehouse & Delivery Helper (Flexible Schedule) Schedule: Current Hours (Tax Season): Thursday - Monday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday - Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Note: Schedule may adjust after tax season Pay Rate: $15.00/hour + $10 bonus for each delivery assisted (no driving required) Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and flexible Warehouse & Delivery Helper to support warehouse operations and assist with deliveries. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, preparing orders, and assisting with loading/unloading vehicles. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is willing to adapt to changing schedules during busy periods like tax season. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles (helper only; no driving required) Support warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and handle materials properly Assist delivery drivers during deliveries as needed Perform general labor and other tasks as assigned Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during busy seasons Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation to and from work Compensation & Benefits: $15/hour base pay Additional $10 per delivery assisted Flexible work schedule Opportunity for ongoing work beyond tax season
