The Enterprise Car Sales Division is hiring a Customer Service Representative located in Shreveport, Louisiana to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, both internally and externally. This role plays a crucial part in assisting Sales Consultants and Customer Experience Managers throughout the entire vehicle purchase journey and beyond, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Respond to customer inquiries related to financing, warranties or other customer service issuesOrganize and ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork for each customer transactionScan and upload all digital sales to Shared Services and FedEx Paper Sales to Shared ServicesComplete and send DMV paperworkWork with Shared Services to provide documentation or follow up that they may need to process the saleAccounts payable and receivable supportAssist with ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) File reviewUnderstand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect used-vehicle and finance departmentsMaintain files for the dealershipand tag and title follow up for current dealership inventoryPerform miscellaneous administrative job-related duties as assignedAssist with End of Month and other reportsEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experienceMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
