Electronics Technician u2013 Soldering Required Location: Patterson, NY Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: + $18u2013$21/hour u2013 for candidates with 1u20134 years of assembly/soldering experience + $21u2013$22/hour u2013 for candidates with 2u20134 years of experience and a 2-year degree in electronics Adecco is partnering with a client in Patterson, NY to recruit for an Electronics Technician. If you have hands-on experience in soldering and electronic assembly, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: + Perform soldering and electronic assembly on small, detailed components + Use small hand tools to assemble and build products + Interpret CAD drawings and follow written work instructions accurately + Ensure all products meet quality standards through attention to detail + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Open to cross-training on various units and expanding technical skill sets + Work independently and meet daily production deadlines Qualifications: + Soldering and electronics assembly experience is required + 1u20134 years of relevant assembly/soldering experience; OR + 2u20134 years of experience with a 2-year degree in electronics + Comfortable working with small components and intricate assemblies + Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings + Strong punctuality, work ethic, and ability to multi-task Work Schedule: + Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM + Overtime may be available based on business needs Why Apply? + Opportunity to work with a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry + Hands-on, technically rewarding position + Competitive pay with potential for long-term employment through contract-to-hire + Gain valuable experience and grow your technical skill set Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
