Weu2019re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to help our warehouse team operate at its best. Youu2019ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customersu2019 needs. Join us What you will do: u2022 Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions u2022 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately u2022 Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations u2022 Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment u2022 Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation u2022 Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required What you will bring: u2022 Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job u2022 Excellent planning and organizational skills u2022 Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details u2022 Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite) u2022 Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills u2022 Strong customer service skills u2022 Proven team player Education/Experience: u2022 HS Diploma or equivalent required u2022 Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift Compensation: Base Pay Range: $21/hr and up Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
