Description We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and oversee the delivery of technical projects within detail-oriented services. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities: u2022 Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and objectives. u2022 Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, maintaining clear communication throughout. u2022 Utilize Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage workflows, and document project updates. u2022 Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively. u2022 Ensure alignment between technical teams and organizational goals, fostering collaboration and efficiency. u2022 Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting progress and addressing challenges. u2022 Manage resources effectively to balance competing priorities and ensure project success. u2022 Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and methodologies. u2022 Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management within services requiring attention to detail or a similar industry. u2022 Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies. u2022 PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. u2022 Proficiency in using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks effectively. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Familiarity with best practices in project management and process optimization.
