Territory Sales Representative - Produce & Food Service Industry Lancaster, PA | Day Shift | $45,000+ Base Salary + Commission + Gas Reimbursement Join a leading name in the produce and food service industry!We’re seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships across the Lancaster, PA area. If you have a passion for sales, fresh produce, and building long-term partnerships in the food distribution space, this role is for you. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts within your assigned territory. Sell fresh produce and food service products to restaurants, distributors, and retail partners. Generate and follow up on sales leads; create customized proposals for prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, visits, and support. Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate orders, on-time deliveries, and exceptional service. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) 3-5 years of proven sales experience in produce, food service, or product distribution. Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel within assigned territory. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
