In this capacity, BSA 1 duties include, but are not limited to: u2022 Design, create, test, and maintain new digital intelligent forms to collect, validate, and communicate business-critical information and data seamlessly across the organization, streamline information collection processes, automate communications and data collection, empower business users to make strategic decisions, and make forms more accessible and user friendly.u2022 Assist with user acceptance testing of application enhancements.u2022 Understand our business model and process to configure Salesforce to fit our needs.u2022 Research and document current or state-of-the-art business practices and processes and analyze viability of integration into agency programs.
