Summary of Responsibilities: The Salesforce support administrator consults with management and helps develop software to meet internal clients' needs. This position must provide accurate, quality analysis of new program applications, as well as conduct testing, locate potential problems, and efficiently solve them. Primary Responsibilities and Objectives: u2022 Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and page layouts to ensure secure and efficient access u2022 Handle license activations, permission updates, and public group management to support user functionality u2022 Execute Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports u2022 Conduct regular data audits, deduplication efforts, and quality checks to maintain the integrity of the Salesforce database u2022 Reconcile differences between Salesforce and external systems by manipulating and analyzing data effectively u2022 Demonstrate proficiency in using Salesforce Data Loader and Import Wizard for data migration and manipulation u2022 Develop a deep understanding of business processes and provide comprehensive support to users u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize workflows within Salesforce u2022 Work in agile project management u2022 Configure and monitor native flow process automation, ensuring seamless interactions with alerts, validations, and custom components u2022 Triage helpdesk tickets, providing timely support to users and escalating complex issues as needed u2022 Monitor user adoption of Salesforce and implement strategies to enhance engagement and maximize platform effectiveness u2022 Provide courteous and responsive support to users, fostering a collaborative work environment u2022 Analyze critical stages and close dates to ensure accurate property list reporting u2022 Set up and maintain automated alerts for deal closures and inactive deals u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to develop insights and reporting that drive business decisions u2022 Provide accurate analysis of new program applications, conduct testing, identify potential issues, and implement solutions u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to understand system requirements and ensure smooth implementation of new processes or updates u2022 Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO to ensure platform security and user access u2022 Maintain adherence to Salesforce security best practices, protecting sensitive data and user access u2022 Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience: u2022 High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bacheloru2019s degree is preferred. u2022 One to two years of experience in Salesforce u2022 Experience in property management is preferred u2022 Prior experience in Yardi, Voyager, or another equivalent system is preferred Skills and Requirements: u2022 Intermediate to advanced level knowledge with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe u2022 Ability to work independently, under minimal to moderate supervision, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency u2022 Sensitivity to confidential matters is required u2022 Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with others effectively and sensitively with clients, and all levels of management u2022 Ability to display good judgment when unpredictable situations arise u2022 Capability to read, comprehend, and converse in English u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u2022 Strong organizational and time-management skills u2022 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others u2022 Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment u2022 Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses if assigned Scheduling: u2022 Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working outside business hours, weekends, and non-traditional holidays Environment: u2022 Exposure to environment typically found in an office building Physical Requirements: Avenue5 will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
