Description Maintenance Assistant The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the communityu2019s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence u2022 Prior maintenance experience preferred. u2022 Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful. u2022 High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
