Job Title: Assembler (2nd Shift) Location: Sparta Manufacturer Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm - 02:00 am Pay: Starting at $14.88 per hour Job Description: Sparta Manufacturer is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Assemblers. The ideal candidates will have experience in industrial/manufacturing settings, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to perform assembly tasks efficiently. This is an immediate start opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire after 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly tasks in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and assembly machines to complete tasks. Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Expected Results: Complete production tasks within specified timelines. Adherence to quality standards and specifications. Skills Required: Industrial/manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use hand tools and assembly machines effectively. Experience Required: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to bend and stand for a 10-hour shift. Equipment Used: Hand tools.
