The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Duties: Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. Process payroll accurately, including tax filings, quarterly & annual reports, W-2's Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Assist with governmental accounting requirements as needed. Utilize company accounting software Provide technical accounting support and guidance to team members as necessary. Collaborate with external auditors during audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role with at least 3 years’ experience. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices. Solid understanding of financial concepts and technical accounting skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
