Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Forney to fill a CNC Programmer position! Develop and optimize CNC programs for 2D and 3D laser cutting and machining using Bystronic and Arcsoft CNC systems. Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications to create accurate tool paths and machining instructions. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. Perform setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of Bystronic and Arcsoft CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks on machined parts to verify adherence to tolerances and specifications. Support rapid prototyping and expedited production runs, including 24-hour turnaround projects when required. Maintain and update programming documentation, including setup sheets and tool lists. Assist in training machine operators on program execution and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production processes.
