Director of Marketing for VAR/ERP and Vertical Markets We are seeking a high-energy B2B marketer to lead our partner marketing efforts as Director of Marketing for VAR/ERP Partnerships and Vertical Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across multiple partner channels. As marketing lead for our VAR/ERP partnerships, you will collaborate closely with our partners and sales teams to create and execute demand generation, lead generation, and activation programs that align with our division's objectives. Additionally, you will oversee marketing initiatives for Vertical Markets, working with diverse organizations to develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with their audiences and drive interest in our payroll and HR services. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can also act tactically and is passionate about B2B and channel marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive, multi-faceted marketing strategies across VAR/ERP and Vertical Markets, keeping up with industry trends and leading marketing best practices. Marketing Programs: Create and execute joint marketing programs with our VAR/ERP partner organizations, from campaign concept to content development and execution, including webcasts, industry tradeshows, partner brand events, local sales-driven initiatives, online and direct mail campaigns, social media, public relations, etc. Partnership Marketing : Build and maintain relationships with key marketing contacts at our VAR/ERP partner organizations, collaborating to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that support our shared goals. Vertical Market Support: Support vertical marketing initiatives by tailoring campaigns and messaging to specific industry segments, ensuring relevance and engagement with target audiences. Optimization : Analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize data to continuously optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. #LI-CS5 Role is hybrid out of an ADP office. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
