Role: Project Engineer,Construction (Entry Level) Start your career in construction managementwith hands-on experience in both the office and the field. You'llpartner with an experienced Project Manager and Superintendent to learnevery stage of a project-from budgeting and bidding to scheduling, sitecoordination, and close-out. What You'll Do Support projectplanning, scheduling, and budgeting Coordinate subcontractors andresolve day-to-day challenges Participate in jobsite and clientmeetings Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction What We LookFor Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, orrelated field 0-2 years of experience in construction or internshipswith a GC Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solvingskills Detail-oriented and motivated to learn At Pepper, you won'tjust build projects-you'll build a career.
