We're looking for a seasoned, determined and people-first leader to help achieve our purpose: make sustainability happen today.Role Responsibilities:Lead a portfolio (1-4 programs depending on the size and complexity) of digital strategic programs that involved cross-functional teams and complex dependenciesCoordinate the elaboration of the program scope, costs, timeline, business case, risk mitigation score, environmental impact, and other necessary inputsEnsure appropriate resources allocation, prioritization and stakeholders alignment to deliver efficiently and pleasantlyProactively identify and mitigate issues and risks; escalate to senior leaders as appropriateTrack program delivery and communicate status to the stakeholdersLead by example and promote best practices for team members and contractors working on programsHelp support and drive team initiatives and ensure alignment across teamsRespect the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and provide feedback and insights to improve future program executioStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a relate
