Overview Due to growth, we are adding a Sr.Manager, Client Support to join our team The Sr. Manager, ClientSupport will play a key role in service as a client facing subjectmatter expert (SME) within the Navitus organization specializing inretail, specialty and mail order pharmacy networks. This role bridgesthe gap between account management and the Provider servicesorganization, supporting strategic growth, and operational excellencefor client partnerships. By representing the provider perspective inclient engagements, the position plays a vital role in advancing clientobjectives, resolving network related issues and identifying innovativesolutions to enhance member experience and plan performance. The Sr.Manager will be responsible for supporting their team in clientretention, achieving corporate strategic goals relative to client baseand overall customer satisfaction, including removing obstacles/solvingcustomer issues in timely manner.
