Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and off-load material/supplies to/from UPS and common carriers Inspecting contents to ensure accuracy of the order Determine if delivered material complies with purchase order Enter receipt and issuance of material/supplies using companys inventory control system Position material/supplies to appropriate location within the warehouse in a timely manner Pull materials from locations and track actions to maintain accurate inventory Package and ship orders timely and with accuracy Operate company forklift truck, pallet jack, hand truck, etc. as required Facilitate returns for damaged or unsatisfactory products Keeping work area neat and organized Other duties as assigned Competencies Behavior Maintains a positive working relationship with coworkers. Job Skills & Qualifications: Qualifications Knowledge of UPS and Common Carrier processes. Minimum of six months of receiving experience. Knowledge of MS Office and inventory control software. Forklift experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
