OverviewProvides restorative, rehabilitative, and recreational services to patients on the following areas: behavior health (inpatient and partial hospitalization), rehabilitation unit and skilled nursing unit; consultative and prn services provided to pediatrics. QualificationsEducational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in in therapeutic recreation, music therapy, activity director.Certification & Licensure RequirementsCertified Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) For staff hired into this position after February 27, 2022, certification (CTRS, MT-BC, or ADC) must be obtained within 1 year of employment and be maintained annually. Upon HireCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI Training) If hired after August 1, 2019 - CPI within 3 MonthsUse of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position Upon HireWork may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities/hospitals Upon HireRequired to drive your own vehicle for business purposes. Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $21.25per hour - $35.49per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
