This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systemsPerform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditionsEducate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely patient recordsArrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze resultsBuild positive doctor-patient relationshipsSupport membership sales through care-focused conversationsQualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid DC license in the applicable statePassing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV (or recent SPEC exam)Eligible for malpractice insuranceStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetScheduleThis role requires availability Monday through Friday between 10am and pensation and BenefitsStarting salary: $85,000depending on experienceBonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPTO accrualCompany-paid malpractice insuranceWhy Join UsWhen you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you’re joining a movement.
