In this role, you will provide Tier 1 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Respond to customers’ requests for modifications to organizational policies based on Risk Management Framework requirements.Coordinate response to customer requests with Systems AdministratorsCoordination of risk management frameworkMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of related experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related experienceExperience supporting end user terminal devices; device management, security and operationsSecurity Clearance Requirements:Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
