Reach out to Robyn Rosemon for more information 707.387.0299 Responsibilities: u2022 Enhance profitability through the proficient management of business analytics, focusing on sales, volumes, and margins drawn from internal financial reports. u2022 Monitor and manage cost variations due to factors such as inflation and raw material cost increases. u2022 Maintain an accurate sales database and monitor contract progress. u2022 Conduct a detailed analysis of the gross margin per invoice to ascertain profitability per customer and product. u2022 Assist in implementing and maintaining costing data within the ERP for precise analysis. u2022 Provide support to the Sales Team in preparing for customer visits, participating in profitability aspects, and occasionally in negotiation aspects. u2022 Improve tools to better assess standard cost and final inventory valuation. u2022 Collaborate with the Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance Team for aged stock reviews and preparation. u2022 Maintain and develop the costing system, documentation, and inventory records. u2022 Examine changes in COGS provided by order entry to determine the impact on product costs. u2022 Analyze manufacturing costs and compare them to standard costs for actual product cost evaluation. u2022 Conduct physical inventories and monitor monthly cycle counts. u2022 Manage financial activities including financial planning and reporting, budgeting, policies, and accounting best practices. u2022 Oversee the preparation of contract negotiations and gather reliable data, mainly related to profit. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry u2022 Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory u2022 Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools u2022 Ability to use Crystal Reports effectively for data reporting and analysis u2022 Demonstrable knowledge of Data Mining Techniques for financial data analysis u2022 Proficiency in all basic Accounting Functions u2022 Knowledge of Accrual Accounting principles and practices u2022 Experience in Auditing within the manufacturing sector u2022 Familiarity with Budget Processes in a manufacturing environment u2022 Proficient in Capital Management strategies and techniques Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
