The team at VCA Lawrence Animal Hospital is looking to add a Veterinary Assistant to our team Location : 771 Lawrence Expy, Santa Clara, CA 95051 Compensation : $ 22 - $ 25 / hr Depending on experience Schedule: FT 5/8s including weekends In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include: u2022 Able to work Sundays. u2022 Maintaining medical records. u2022 Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients. u2022 Filling prescriptions. u2022 Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. u2022 Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
