A local Springfield company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in client retention. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
