We are seeking a motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Groomer Trainee. This entry-level position offers hands-on training in pet grooming while also supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities: Assist professional groomers with bathing, brushing, and prepping pets for grooming services Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment Answer customer inquiries and schedule grooming appointments Ensure the safety and comfort of pets in our care Qualifications: Passion for working with animals Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn grooming techniques and safety procedures Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
