Weu2019re looking for an experienced AS400/Synon Developer to join our IT team. Youu2019ll design, develop, and maintain AS400/Synon applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, reliable solutions. Your expertise in RxCLAIM (Adjudication) and ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy systems will be essential. In this role, you will: + Lead development using Synon, AS400/COBOL, CLP + Enhance and implement new system features + Provide domain expertise in Medicare/Medicaid Claims and Payer systems + Follow SDLC best practices: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment + Create and maintain technical documentation + Translate business requirements into technical solutions Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered + 6+ years of AS400 + Synon development experience + Strong Synon coding skills + Experience with RxCLAIM (Adjudication) + Proficient in COBOL/400, CLLE, CL/400, SQL/400, QUERY/400 These will help you stand out + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment + Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $93,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
