We are often remote from one another but that doesnt stop oursense of collaboration, supportiveness, and funAbout the RoleAs a Principal Functional Consultant, you will be responsible forensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions.You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients whileunderstanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meettheir business requirements.We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborativePrincipalHCM Consultant to join our this role you will ensure the successful implementation of theWorkday HCM solution with customers through product and implementationexpertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensiveexperience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirementscapturing, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should bedetail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able tosuccessfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready tobe challenged and have fun- Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Compensation and Benefits, )- Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday- Assist the Integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions- Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workdays proven solutions- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultantsAbout YouBasic Qualifications- Basic Qualifications: Principal HCM Implementation Consultant- Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST- A minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, benefits or recruiting- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required- Basic Qualifications: Senior HCM Implementation Consultant- Prior exp rience implementing Workday is a MUST- A minimum of 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, benefits or recruiting- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company requiredOther QualificationsWorkday HCM Certification a plusAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction andself-training.Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and develop comprehensiveproduct knowledge.Excellent time management and organizational skills, enablingprioritization and managing of multiple initiatives.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability totailor your style to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with clients,partners, and internal teams.Strong mentorship and partnership skills, with a focus on encouraging acollaborative a
