This position is site specific and is only based in Auburn. $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. *MUST MEET RESTRICTIONS*Job Description - You will:Receive excellent hands-on training with our National Certified Training Instructors to include Defensive Tactics, OC Foam, Use of Restraints, AVADE, Taser and Firearms. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for stability and experience. Responsibilities:- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle- Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits- Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities- Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner- Additional duties as assigned Job Requirements:Starting Wage $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and potentialMust meet eligibility requirements to drive company vehicle and have a valid DRIVERS LICENSE.Must have an acceptable driving recordPass pre-employment drug testing (This will include THC)Must be willing to work flexible schedule weekend, holidays, days or nightPreferred 2 years of military, security, law enforcement, corrections, fire, EMS, customer service or relevant college degree in the fieldMust possess 5 years of driving experience Must be willing to attend mandatory training for a designated periodGenuine desire and interest in the security industryAbility to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain othersReliable transportationGood computer skills to include word and outlookGreat communication/writing skillsAbility to obtain a Washington State Security License21 years of age and older for Armed
