Position Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location Portland, OR Stoel Rives LLP has an immediate opening for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator , preferably located in our Portland office. This position is responsible for the administrative coordination for law school recruiting, summer program implementation, lateral attorney recruiting, staff recruiting, pre-hire onboarding, and other duties as assigned. Maintains and observes confidentiality of all legal recruiting and firm matters. This position reports to the Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Lateral Attorney Recruiting Work with the attorney recruiting team to coordinate and execute lateral attorney recruitment. Assist in the processing of applications. Coordinate interviews and candidate travel. Manage and maintain internal and external job postings including LinkedIn. Collaborate with Office Administrators to ensure smooth transition of new hires to onboarding process. Law Student Recruiting and Summer Associate Program Coordinate law school resume requests and process all incoming summer associate applications. Update and maintain supporting materials for firm-wide use. Coordinate callback interviews, including travel arrangements, coordinating applicant expenses, and evaluations. Assist with logistics for Recruiting Committee meetings; act as backup member to Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager and/or Senior Attorney Recruiter as requested. Coordinate and assist with summer program execution, including orientation, trainings, social events, and managing project assignments and evaluations.Attend social events as needed as a representative of the recruiting team. Coordinate internal and external recruiting, networking, and related legal industry events as appropriate; attendance may be required. Participate in OLRA (Oregon Legal Recruiting Administrators) meetings and events. Staff Recruiting Prepare and post job openings on various local job boards (ALA, Bar Associations, etc.). Assist with scheduling candidate interviews (phone screens, video conferences, and in-person meetings). Assist with sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter. General Administrative Support For attorney and staff recruitment, responsible for maintaining applicant tracking database (viWorkday) with accuracy, including candidate entry, managing candidate communications, candidate recruitment process data, and search firm data. Process team invoices and expenses in Chrome River. Work with Office Administrators to coordinate law student and attorney interviews, and provide support as needed, which can include calendaring, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing correspondence and materials. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of applicable work experience is preferred. At least 2 years of experience providing general administrative support to a team desired. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, assisting student recruiting programs and coordinating with universities, with a preference for experience in the legal industry or other professional services environment. Experience assisting full-cycle candidate recruiting, preferably across more than one office location or geographic region. High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other communications platforms. Experience with Workday a plus. Invoice and receipt processing, and digital file management is required. A passion for enhancing the candidate experience across the entire recruiting lifecycle. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and skillfully manage the competing priorities and tight deadlines that often come during the recruiting process. NORMAL WORK HOURS This is a hybrid position, is non-exempt, and eligible for overtime compensation.Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $90,000; however, the base compensation presented to a candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience.
