As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably. Key Responsibilities• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service• Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally• Oversee cash handling, financial reporting, and loss prevention measures• Coordinate promotional events and seasonal campaigns Qualifications & Skills• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a supervisory retail role• Strong leadership and team-building skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Solid understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
