Description Robert Half is seeking a experienced Senior Accountant for a contract to permanent opportunity with one of our top clients. This role is ideal for professionals ready to take ownership of complex accounting functions and contribute to strategic financial decision-making while growing within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities: + Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. + Oversee account reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements. + Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations. + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting. + Manage fixed assets, accruals, and support audit activities. + Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. + Mentor staff accountants and collaborate across departments. Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. + 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. + Advanced proficiency with accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Excel. + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
