What You'll Be Doing Contribute to our private client sales goals through placement of new and renewal business. Collaborate with Risk Advisors and Account Managers to prepare comprehensive submissions and marketing strategies. Analyze risks and evaluate exposures to determine appropriate coverage limits. Negotiate with underwriters to achieve optimal placement and competitive program. Prepare quotes and proposals, and support Risk Advisors in client meetings as needed. Finalize submissions, prepare applications and bind policies with carriers, ensuring accuracy, and compliance. Provide technical assistance regarding policy forms, endorsements, and coverage considerations. Understand the affluent/high net worth client lifestyle, risk exposures, and insurance contracts to offer proper consultation and solutions as a trusted advisor. Skills & Experience You'll Bring A track record of building and retaining long‑term relationships with Risk Advisors, Account Managers, and high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high net worth individuals. Proven experience working with high‑end carriers such as PURE, Cincinnati, Chubb, AIG, and Berkley One Experience marketing and placing non‑standard risks, to include coastal, wildfire, flood and course of construction exposures. Strong understanding of risks, complex coverage analysis, and insurance program design. Skilled negotiator with the ability to develop and execute placement strategies for complex accounts Experienced and confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong proficiency in agency management systems with EPIC experience preferred as well as strong proficiency with carrier platforms. Proficient with AI and emerging technologies, quick to learn and apply new tools to enhance service and efficiency. Curious, solution‑oriented thinker who proactively identifies opportunities for clients and internal process improvement. Exceptional ability to research, problem‑solve, and be organized.
